About the Role:
Join The Victors Gymnastics Center as a Gymnastics Coach, where you'll inspire and train young athletes in a fun and supportive environment. We're looking for passionate individuals who can help our gymnasts reach their full potential while fostering a love for the sport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to athletes to enhance their performance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during practice and events.
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Lead gymnastics classes.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding athlete development and progress.
- Participate in special events, providing coaching and support.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym.
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience in gymnastics or related sports preferred.
- Ability to work with children and create a positive learning environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for gymnastics and commitment to athlete development.

Compensation: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
