About the Role:
Join The Victors Gymnastics Center as a Customer Service Representative, where you will interact with customers and process requests while maintaining a positive and friendly environment. We're looking for outgoing individuals who can help promote our programs and assist with customer questions and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion
- Provide individualized attention to customers while assisting with their questions/concerns
- Processing transactions
- Proactive customer outreach
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding programs, billing, and events
- Participate in special events, providing customer service support.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for gymnastics and commitment to athlete development.

Compensation: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
