The Victors Gymnastics
The Victors Gymnastics is seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our families, athletes, and staff.
🖥️ Position Responsibilities
- Greet families and athletes in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist parents, athletes, and staff with questions regarding classes, schedules, billing, and events
- Perform daily computer-based tasks, including registrations and account management
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
- Support smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong computer knowledge is a must
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Ability to handle questions and concerns from parents, athletes, and staff with professionalism

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Quick to learn new systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Experience with iClassPro is a plus, but not required
🕒 Availability Required
Applicants must be available:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00–8:30 PM

Up to two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
